Loved its obliging staff.
It had marvellous and incredible location, short walk to transport, the main markets and a shop or an official guide. The room was fairly quiet and offered shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials.

The pool is disappointingly small, suitable only for wading!!! It lacks heating and is poorly situated in a courtyard. Language barriers can complicate communication, and taxis aren't easily hailed without hotel staff help!!!

Would recommend for a two-day stay
Charming room, good breakfast, with an indoor swimming pool that provides a refreshingly serene environment after a day of sightseeing, made our short vacation nice.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Stayed in a Superior Double Room for 3 nights. The decor was fine, capturing that authentic Moroccan vibe. The room was spacious and comfy, and the A/C worked perfectly. The little details, like fresh bread at breakfast and helpful tips from staff, really made it special. Only downside? Maybe the breakfast was a bit repetitive, but still tasty!

The staff's friendliness, especially Hassan, who was always upbeat and drew us a detailed map on arrival. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast before heading out to the cultural events in the heart of Marrakesh with our three kids.
My kids wished for a tea/coffee facility in our room.

Had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary! The hammam and spa treatments were super relaxing, and the rooftop view was perfect for winding down. Just a heads up, the pool is smaller than expected, but it didn't ruin the fun at all! 😊
